1 1/8" Quill Stem 130-140mm

Looking for a 1 1/8" quill stem in a 130-140mm length.
Tioga, Zoom or Kalloy would be good, needs to be non bike brand specific.
Ideally looking for something with a brake cable roller or noodle attached.
