1 1/8" fork, with what appears to be 1 1/4" crown race. Suggestions

I bought a cheap ebike, with a damaged fork, and went to change the fork for another but found the crown race was loose on the new fork.

The original fork is 1 1/8" and the new fork is 1 1/8" but on the original fork where the crown race fits, the measurement is 32.5mm when it should be 30mm.

Now I take it that 32.5mm is about 1 1/4".

So can i get a crown race, that is going to fit a standard 1 1/8" fork(30mm) but be compatible with a 1 1/4" lower headset*

If of course that is what the **** it is, because right now im seriously annoyed im having these issues and headaches on what was a new bike.
I thought I'd just swop forks but apparently thats not something easy to do, and what should have been easy is now involving many hoops to jump through.
 
Some of these cheap ebikes use parts from Chinese mopeds - and some of these parts are not imported to the UK.

You could possibly weld one crown race onto another, but getting it proper flat would be a challenge.
Otherwise you might find you can buy a cartridhe bearing with a close enough od/id and hold it in place with a specialist adhesive🤯
 
Sounds a bit drastic. I basically need an 1 1/4" crown race with a 30mm inside diameter.
 
Is it easier to get a reducer headset lower and just fit that?
One of the problems is i have no idea of the parts fitted, no technical info is known. its i think a semi integrated system, but i dont know what the head tube lower size is, what headset is fitted or even if a replacement part is available or what size that is. Basically ive no information to go on when buying a replacement part be that a race, or lower headset.

My LBS is a bike mechanic chap. A proper fully qualified professional bike mechanic, not a partly trained bike shop variety. So that might be an option. But the nature of his job is he's always really busy and if I pass the work on to him it could take a while.

I dont want to spend any more time today thinking on this today. It was proper depressing to get the fork in, take off the crown race off the damaged fork only to find it didnt fit the new fork and for some reason whoever decided to spec the bike decided to use a completely fked up size choice. 1 1/8" straight, or tapered i could understand, but 1 1/4 with 1 1/8" straight, and only the crown race as being the wide bit is the workings of someone who doesnt understand bikes, or is making things completely difficult for no apparent reason. Utter madness.
