1 1/8 Answer ATAC 0 rise (Quill)

Hi

After a 0 rise ATAC colour and condition not important as I need to paint it to match bike

with or without Noodle (happy either way) - can offer various others in different sizes (in great shape) as swaps or pay cash

It must be zero* rise? Have a nice silver 130 noodle with 5 -15* that i want to swap for same in black. Even decals are in good shape.

I've got several ATAC with rise however when doing a mock up with an inch 0 rise the height/look and feel was spot on

just need to find a zero rise stem in 1 1/8 now
