1 1/4" Die

Does anyone one in the Bristol / s/west area have a 1 1/4" die i could borrow / hire / ? to cutsome extra thread on a steerer tube, only needs about another 5 to 10 mm cut but cant find one anywhere.
Have tryed my lbs, bike projects, tool hire and frame builders but no luck.
Fingers crossed someone here can save the day

Tracy tools usually have them in stock for £15 ...they are fine for chasing and cutting more threads down an already threaded shaft. You need the HSS one (£45) for cutting threads onto a blank tube.

Jesus I spent months on this one and was on the verge of buying a die for Gary at Argos to use with the other bits of the tool you need, and then I found one of your LBS in Brizzol could do the biz

Give these Dudes a call they're just up road from you, and do a proper job and the guys in the workshop were even keen to enquire WTF kind of antique bike I had

@antstark, going to order a chaser anyway, i can see this happening again and i like to be 'tooled up' .
@retrospud, Argos was the 1st place i tryed (used to worked there many many moons ago ), totaly forgot about bike uk, just rang 'em, they're having a look and hopefully will be ring back with a yes, fingers crossed the Al Mega will be wearing her newly renovated manitous this weekend
