Most scratched black seatpost is 26.4 as came on a 92 GT. The rest are all 27.2 I’m afraid. I’ve recently had to buy a 26.6 for my 97 GT rebound but they’re pretty rare as you know which frame/bike is it for? I’ll get back to you about the stem

Yes These 4 (including the one you mentioned) are 22.2mm
