03/04 Rock Shox Sid world cup Carbon info

I have a pair of these forks but cannot find a manual for them.

The right leg has an air damper and I am trying to find info about pressure (note info for the left leg + and - pressure I have)

Can nayone help?

like these (but fitted with later back disc brake lowers).
