Yes, still available and yes, presume they will work with road calipers as they have the same cable pull as cantis (someone correct me if I'm wrong!).

See you want a bolt for a seatpost, do you want to incorporate that if I can find one? I know I have a complete 34.9 seatclamp and QR bolt in one, and think I have a spare bolt as well?
