Nope. I was wrong. The diameter is exactly 26.8 I’ve measured it 10 times 😂

The diameter seems to be less than 26.8 But I’m not sure if I’m measuring the proper place. Shouldn’t I measure the internal diameter of seatstay? It refers to the frame tubing vs seatpost which gives the value of the external element. Sorry if this is a rookie question.
