Wanted DeKerf Tuning Fork - top dollar ready

I think it’s also a matter of him working on what excites him. I know a few guys that have approached him for some pretty neat custom stuff, he seems to get to that stuff pretty quickly.

    Steel 1992 Rocky Mountain Vertex

I believe the Expert was a 91 non catalogued model, but I not super confident on that.

    Steel 1992 Rocky Mountain Vertex

Regarding the Glacier. Based on my research and a few posts from former employees on FB They’re all 91 built Blizzards that came to the factory without the chain stay divots specifically drive side (my Glacier has a Jan 91 build date) and this is why they’re all spec’d with the same parts as a...

Kona Hot Serial Number List - update 14/11/24

I believe they did for the most part, I think the jury is still out whether all his builds are sequential, meaning he stamped as he made them regardless of the brand they were being delivered to.. ie a Brave Warrior might be TeT 609, a Yakota TeT 610, and a Kona TeT 611 as an example. I’m not...

Kona Hot Serial Number List - update 14/11/24

Ok to redeem myself, I think I've unearthed TeT 725-19"- triangle cutout, fluted down tube, Colour: indescribable - it's gussied up as a Rock Lobster for some reason, and missing all other stickers so I'm not sure if it's been repainted too. It's not mine, and these aren't my pictures, maybe...

Kona Hot Serial Number List - update 14/11/24

Omg, totally derailing the HOT thread, but this is gorgeous. I love the paint scheme. is that a fade on the down tube, hard break top tube, then raw Ti seat and chain stays? This needs it's own thread.

    Rocky Mountain Hammer

I'm seeing 92 Hammer, but you have a much better eye than I do- I'm curious what you're seeing that make you think Equipe or Team Comp?

Kona Hot Serial Number List - update 14/11/24

I could be wrong, but I'm sure I've seen later S/N with the flutter/ribbed down tube. It is much cooler- I wish mine had it :(.

Kona Hot Serial Number List - update 14/11/24

    Swap Meet Sept. 2024

I so wish to make one of these in the near future. but these mountains between us make it so difficult. I'd be looking for a 90's Flite worthy of a recover. and orphan Holey skewers to reunite with the ones I have (purple, gold, and black) just saying.

Is there a non destructive way to remove 3 piece crank without a puller?

To take this topic a little further- the old adage of "I can't afford to buy cheap tools" applies to an extent. the amount of damage cheap tools have cause exceed the extra few dollars to buy decent.

    Unknown Pinarello frame set?

Butler, you should post more pictures of the frame when you have a second (just not from Steve's potato phone). specifically the drop outs, and better pictures of the frame over all showing all the little details? Three things stand out with this Frame now, someone has to recognize this...
