That looks awesome... ...what width tyre do you use out of interest? I've got 30c Michelins which come up as 32c in reality, but I believe I could do with 35c.

Hiya, It's a threadless 1" spacer, from Ralph Coleman Cycles in Taunton. I think I paid about £1. Does the job, but I'd prefer a chrome spacer..

My beautiful specialized Stumpjumper HT is for sale. It's not retro but... It's a 15.5" bike... with the M4 frame. Totally standard. It helped me come in at 15th out of 255 riders in this year's Exmoor Explorer (short loop). Great for that sort of thing. Good condition - everything...

Ta for the good feedback. I was unsure about the wheels... but the logos are only stickers, therefore I can remove them if I choose to go to the dark side! :) She rides absolutely beautifully... and she climbs awfully well for a heavy road bike. I'm quite impressed. Not sure though...

She's been built. Need to find a stem that I like, so until then there's no tape going on the bars. I also need to put the 1mm spacers back on the chainrings too... and I need to find some headset spacers for a threaded headset. Err apart from all of that, she's finished! :D :D
