    Timax titanium frames???

I don't think I wrote the review inside, just me leaping about on the cover on a "Lotus" bike. I remember that shoot. It was my birthday, and I'd eaten nothing except a single bilberry until lunchtime! Remember Timax well - I came to see you once with views to doing a production frame for...

    Should I buy an On-One?

Actually, I'm absolutely bloody livid about this. Quite happy to be accused of being grumpy, making bikes that the paint falls off, all sorts of stuff, but to be accused of, over 15yrs ago, "actively working to destroy her business, almost like he felt threatened by her independence. ", when...

    Should I buy an On-One?

Eh? This is presumably about Smart Tart? Deb Bennett? Feel free to continue bringing up things from over 15yrs ago if you want - no flies on me from that era (with regard to that). Petty, petty, little man bearing grudges. Odd.

    Egg chainrings, who remembers them?

Zak is resting. No pics of NEMBA that I can think of. I've been going through a few old topics adding bits. I've still got that CR7 in my shed you know - and at least one pair of RC35s, an Orange UFO (monocoque alloy URT frame), a Spinergy rear wheel, Hope mechanical disc brake (front) and...

    Zero Components

Saw him on Telly He was on telly a couple of weeks ago (Declan) on The Gadget Show, making a leaf-blower powered cart for one of the presenters. Ah - look at that - seems to be doing ok for himself now :-) http://www.drift-demo.com/cgi-bin/Otusshow.pl?Declan_Hicks Doesn't say anything...

    Egg chainrings, who remembers them?

Superb stuff I did some testing about 10yrs ago with some singlepivot suspension bikes, and found that eggrings could eliminate bob, increase traction - really good. We ran something on it in mbr, but I think everyone is so tied in to Shimano rings, it was never going to work. It's a shame...
