Looks great. I did see this, but Runcorn was a bit too far for a bike which would have been a tad small for me to add to my Raleigh off-road series collection. Definitely interested in the pedals/tyres if you want to shift them.

So pleased to see how this has come on, it was seeing this originally that started me itching to get the Trek 7000 completed, and that too raised some serious BB questions. Great to see the crankset on, I didn’t know that you could get 140+! .

I really did love those 501 frames, and that Mirage colour was in my opinion, the best. I've always been tempted to get one of the 501's, either the Mirage or Montage, possibly the Dune dancer. That looks superb. Great job.

I liked this so much, I've gone and bought a 1991 Trek 7000 frame. Which will probably end in divorce.

Yeah, really happy it's a working bike, way too small for me, but should be fine for the better half, she'll be riding it. It is the 17" Frame, I could have used a smaller one I think, but it's be fine. It's a trail/park bike, not going to be going full off-roading on it, so it should be fine...
