Good effort! 8-) It won't always be like this, but I had the parts knocking about, and the urge was strong, so until I gather all the parts for a correct build, I'll ride the bejesus out of it! Or build some 650b rim brake wheels and adapt some canti's!

Since photobucket went pear-shaped for normal posting, I'm rubbish at getting anything else to work.....I think Google will be the answer for me, when I work it out......I'm an old Luddite! I'll get a couple of pictures of the Konas when I'm down my mums and my sister's next.....

At the end of the day, it's original, right? And it's only original once. By all means, take some tin foil, add a squirt of wd40 or GT85 or similar, and work it baby! But, it's original........embrace it!

I know it's not going to be everyone's cup of cha, but it's literally cost me next to nothing to put together. The frame was picked up from the council tip, some parts very cheap from a friend who broke his modern carbon thing and split it, and the rest from my parts bin....apart from the...

Ive got a pair of these in very good condition....I have a team ti that they suit, but I don't want to wear them out!

Ok, so no puppies were harmed in the making of this.... I picked the frame up from the tip, and used spare parts to build it.....it's something I always wanted and I love it to bits already! (Photos when I work out how to resize on iPhone!)
