I have one of those on a small jump bike. It fits but is quite close. On your OCLV it looks like the seat stay joins the chainstay forward of the dropout which reduces the clearance. On my bike the seat stay joins to the top of the dropout.

I put on some race face carbon bars and an FWE stem. For the weight weenie's amongst us this bike is coming in at a fairly respectable 11.9kgs (26.2lbs).
