I have checked underneath and no valve and have screwed the top cap off and there is no valve there too. I'm sure they are oil operated. Any suggestions?

Ah I see, I thought they were oil operated somehow. So what exactly is the oil for and where is the air valve located?

What a useful guide, ive never tried to strip and overhaul forks and may mess up. Do most parts need to be replaced when fixing them? Is there a quick fix I can do to get them working again. The forks go down but don't come back up, you have to pull them up. Any ideas?

Re: You were right yetiguy, I browsed the Internet and found that a company on eBay used to sell the springs to replace worn elastomers. You can find it yourself if you type 'ProFlex Spring' under completed listings, not sure if they still sell them but worth emailing if anyone wants to replace...

Hi everyone, I acquired an Off Road ProFlex 552 a year or so ago and was wondering if anyone had any information on it. I have only ever seen one Off Road in real life and it was a 772 (I think). Any information on the bike would be appreciated. Thanks!
