Re: Could be right about there being a bit too much red. I'm also thinking of taking off the bar ends, haven't had them on before and I don't think I really like them. Can't fault the wheels, but then this bike is just a commuting hack so it only stays on roads, gravel tracks, bridleways etc.

On the dynatech thread a couple of people mention getting them powder coated so I think I'll try it. Also it's 1/3rd the price of painting which is appealing :-P

Just wondered if anyone had tried it? My frame is battered and badly needs some kind of painting/coating, but I'm worried because aren't the titanium parts bonded into the steel parts? Can that survive a powder coating? Cheers guys :) Richard

Does anyone know where I might be able to find some old M-Trax decals for a Ti1000 that I'm restoring? Alternatively, is there anyone out there that can make decals, I have pictures of the originals and stuff..... Cheers guys :) Richard
