    As to the Hudson, yes, it's as British as roast beef and yorkshire puddings. This one doesn't look 50 years old, with its 70s saddle and continental spoking, but it is nice and pretty much identical to bikes they were producing 30 years earlier. yep 1972 according to the sa hub

    yep, just handed my notice in at work to change from a manager to the bike mechanic! so i can fix bikes and teach people how to ride em!

    geax are supplied through upgrade bikes. they are the same as dmr, so pretty much anyone can get hold of em. i got some geax tattoo's in white through where i work. shhhhhhh, its halfords.

    www.acas.org.uk these guys are cool. ask to see the company policy on flexible working for families. they have to be flexible when it comes to family care and as you are a primary carer of a child under 16 years old. flexible may meen you'll have to make up the hours during the week though.

    completed my first weekend of bikeability training last weekend. never knew how bad at cycling on the road i was :oops: hardest and best weekend i've had in ages. cant wait to start full time :D
