Personally wouldn't respray that as it looks nice as it is. I would just check the wheel hubs, re grease if necessary. Stick some new inner cables. Check bottom bracket. New bar tape. Charge spoon saddle or similar. Cable sets on ebay for complete inners or wiggle, chain reactions, SJS...
