A while ago I rebuilt a Super V SL and in January I suffered a bad slipped disc. Decided now the pain is too much to go on with and it isn't getting better, so it'll be a long time before I get back on a bike and with that, the Super V is for sale. I don't have a full spec list, but I'm going...

This is my first bike in around 15 years, so I can't really compare it to anything. I will say it feels pretty taut, though could be doing with a touch stiffer. Not had it offroad much tbh though.

Interesting thoughts and i agree with the top up items when buying from one place already...done that a few times now. Went into Evans and they couldn't honour Merlins 10% off when added to basket, but i still got back £20.04. Happened to be on a job at the time too, so wasn't out my way at...

Well I got a brand new Shimano groupset from Merlin a couple weeks back and the only thing in Shimano packaging with paperwork was the brake kit. Everything else was wrapped in bubble wrap.

I did phone them, but as they can't check prices online from their store, you need to physically bring in a printed receipt(or in my case, a shot showing my "basket"), for them to ok the price match. A PITA, but it's worth it.

Guys, I was told there's a trail that starts around the slip road for Erskine bridge, up the Kilpatrick hills, but can come down into Bonhill. Is this correct? Anyone got an Ordenance survey map with the route?
