Thank you for the clarification. Yes it's full of scratches probably due to the fact that it was stashed in a bin full of nuts, bolts and what have you when I saw it. The jockey wheels are trashed so got rid of those. I'll try to get this polished and see if I could get rid of some of the scratches.

A friend gave me this campy rear derailleur says he has no use for it. I think it's an 8s Chorus but he says its a Record 1st gen 8s although he isn't quite sure. Appreciate your expert opinions please. Thanks

posted the frame/stem/bar in bike chat sometime ago... after a bit of scouring the shack for bike parts I finally built it up. The thing weighs 25.6lbs. and I'm giving it a long distance test ride tomorrow.

I recently came across this frame. Although it says Ralph Lauren I do know that was just slapped in there by the owner. I've seen another of the same frame with no name/branding whatsoever but with a different shock. Can anyone ID it? The frame material is cromoly and tig welded, kinda heavy.
