A friend of mine told me a fix for this, using a piece of toothpaste tube! Cut a piece out and stick it in, be sure to remove the sharp edges though! I always carry a small bit in the spares in my Camelbac It maybe a bit more of an emergency measure but could work long term..... J

Hi There's a cracking newish trail at Wakely about 6 miles from Stamford, it's a between a 4 and 6 mile lap depending on what route you take. There's a few of us head down there on a Wednesday evening and will be undertaking in a few night rides this winter! Anyone else interested? J

Thanks for the advice guys! I am planing on changing the forks asap, also a longer stem as it feels a little short in the cockpit for me. The frame is in fantastic condition for its age. I plan on running this as a winter bike and look at getting something a little older for a Sunday...
