Cheers fellas I did email Middleburn but didn't hear a squeak ! I took it in the lbs he tried a pin spanner, but in the end he used two cut down spokes in a vice !

Off topic but I looked at your KHS ( nice bike ) you chain tensioner ! I have the rollor one pushing the chain down, do you think you get less friction the way you have yours ? ( if you know what Im getting at )
