Any Idea? Ancora Milano frame from the 20s/30s

Good morning, today I received the 1934 catalogue from Jawr (paramanubrio.it) - it still is a but inconclusive but according to the pictures my frame (still not here :( ) appeara to be a "Modello B" as those above - I wonder if they actually build some of the oder modells. However, this is the...

Any Idea? Ancora Milano frame from the 20s/30s

No, unfortuntely not. It would be indeed easier to determine the kind of frame with forks but will see. Wheel size might help as well.

Any Idea? Ancora Milano frame from the 20s/30s

Me too! Here a some pics of the few Ancora bikes in the internet I could find so far: 1925 (Modell B : Lusso da Viaggio (Randonneur)) 1927 (Modell B as well) 1937 (Without a Modell Number but apparently the same as above) (All pics from private collectors on registrostoricocicli.com)...

1982 Raleigh Record Ace - A Fixed Gear Dirt Tourer

Thanks! The Itisa looks good and according to the classic specs it is reasonable light weight indeed. Hard to find though, but maybe sewing something myself would be an option... As for the hub recommendatiobd, with 126mm finding a disc hub might be a long search. I wonder what might be less...

    Track Frame - Maybe 1950s?

No, unfortunately not. I only had a look on a quite similar track bike, Peugeot labled a few weeks ago. If I find any info regarding serial numbers on Peugeot, I'll let you know :) And of course, if its French, chances are that the threading (BB) and the stem (22.0 instead of 22.2) could be a...

1982 Raleigh Record Ace - A Fixed Gear Dirt Tourer

It all began with my 1970s Gazelle Sprinter I found abandoned on the street in December 2020. Despite it was to large for me, I used to ride it quite often during last that year, till a back injury kept my arm numb for months and me basically off any bike activities. Since, I was drawn to the...
