Not sure, hard to find info on these but i have a close up from one of the blades. Looks different then thermoplast, bit bubbly with a sort of weave in it.

Funny to see this tread and you’re not knowing what to do with this beauty. I got the same frame set and have some nos Spins in team colour (tires are only to prevent it from damage). Slowly it’s getting close to be build. Plan is to build it with only new components so collecting slowly but...

Maybe I found a solution: liquid rubber. My father used it when working for Philips to fix worn in tension wheels in cassette players. Since these tires are toast anyway it's worth a try. I keep you all posted. .
