No it’s actually 127mm at the back.

Just letting you know first of the rear drop out had a hair line crack from someone using a 122mm rear hub, but I had it fixed.

20” c/c and c.t is 22” but it’s more of road bike geometry as ken legge was a road bike builder.

Ya I was thinking about building it up with some old suntour or deerhead stuff still pondering. I would consider a good trade too. But will see.
