Thanks. A restoration is not as tough as you'd think: Lefol hammered mudguards are easy to source, same for Stronglight cranks, Lyotard pedals and Simplex gearing. This would probably be a 3 or 4 speed set up, on 700c wheels so readily available. The Jos lighting is still pretty cheap to buy...
