In June I will participate in the RetroRonde van Vlaanderen. Are there more people going? This will be the bike a friend is riding. It is a Vittorio Strada light weight randonneur.

I do have a Vitus CL1. It is ready for cantis (seatstays) and U-brake (chainstays). I can select in which fittings I screw the bosses, so I assume there isn't much difference between canti and U-brake bosses. Don't know what thread you need for the RidgeRunner.

No build plan :) It is too small for riding, but nice to look at. It is size 42cm/16.5" and I am 1.83m.

In reply on post #18: The mech is a regular downpull mech. The unique bit is the tiny bit on top where the outer cable hits. The inner cable connects to where the pulley would be. Would also work with XTR downpull mech.
