OK so I'm having a problem with the dreaded clicking sound coming from my eccentric bearing/BB area on my 2001 i-Drive 4.0
I've had a read of various suggestions on this thread.
Here is the list of the work I've done to try to stop it:
Completely stripped the i-Drive mechanism replaced one...
26" ZAC19 wheelset taken from one of my 1999 GTXCR 4000s.
Black alloy rim brake wheels. 24 mm outer width, 20 mm inner.
Shimano hub on the rear, 8 speed free hub. GT hub on the front.
These wheels are pretty straight, I've used them regularly until recently when I upgraded to disc brakes so...
Joe did me a good deal on a wheelset.
His comms are great, the wheels were delivered quickly and are in great condition.
I would be more than happy to deal with him again -thanks Joe!
If someone buys these I will chuck in my my Weinmann front wheel for free if you like:
Weinmann ZAC 519 26" Alloy Front Wheel
It should fit ok in the box I've got along with these.
