Re: I was tempted with the cf cyclocross but I've got a couple of options for off road biking. It is 'old' Ultegra but I much prefer that to new for 2 reasons: 11 speed is just daft. Totally unnecessary. Have you seen the ugly four-bolt Ultegra chainset? Hideous!

Anyone got any advice for affordable chain replacement... I'm running 10spd SRAM at back with 38/52 Biopace at front. Currently using Shimano 105 10spd chain but needs replacing... should I go for SRAM or is A.N. Other OK?

What's the price and where are they being sold? Regardless of the provenance the frame looks to be very high quality, nice welds and cable stop detail. I think the weird head tube/seat tube angles are an optical illusion from a fisheye lens.
