I have looked at the serial no and it seems it is a 1995 17" built at Farley (F05LAC...). However my husband has measured it at 19" from top of seatpost to mid crank. It does seem to have a Royce BB as well.

Very nice frame in great condition. Seems to be in very good order but I'm afraid I dont know much about them. Size measures 19.5" from top of seat post to mid crank and 20" from top of seat post to bottom of crank. £300 or near offer. Grays, Essex.
