Been there, done this. Most stuff was more hassle than it was worth, after you've made the parts (or had to deal with another company who don't always do what you are expecting). You then need to anodise / zinc plate / blacken. I've had problems with all of these process's. An anodising company...

Can you get a nut and bolt in there and undo them to open it out?

Hi, I'm thinking of making some more Royce / Hope (I think they are the same?) BB tools. They will be Zinc Plated rather than stainless steel. Anyone interested? I have a couple here I made in titanium too. Also, I may make some tools for Hope Disc Spiders, depending on interest.

I need a black (or anodised blue / turquoise) cable hanger to hold the outer cable for a front canto hanger please. There is still the Tektro 1277A available but I don’t think it sticks out far enough for my headset. Thanks.

Interesting, I found the bike they weee talking about. It has 3 noodles all on one side, the rest of the bike is quite different though. I will send them an email though. I found the seat clamp on a lot of mid-90’s Italian road bikes. So I’m back to thinking it’s Italian now! Thanks!

All tubes are round, no traces of other paint at all. I think the tubing is Columbus Max.

While building it and wondering how to route cables, I’ve noticed this, it has a cable stop for the rear brake. So must have been designed for canti’s and v-brakes?

Not if the seller strings you along and you don’t make a claim as you (falsely) believe you still have 3 months (or whatever) to claim.

The email they sent me said I’d be 0.1% better off as a seller. The worst bit is the protection that is given by PayPal. A few things have been dragged out by the seller to go over the 30(?) days limit on claims. PayPal cover you for (I think) 3 months!
