My Zinn Z-Classic had a Reynolds 531 decal. I’ve seen them with both.. 531 and 501. The adverts at the time said the Z-Classic was a mixed Reynolds set or something… either way, mine was a great rider 👍

Dave’s son Leon is Team & Sporting Director at Envision Racing which competes in Formula E. A nice tribute on their cars at the last race where they fittingly finished on the podium.

Very sad to learn Dave Price has passed away. He was very supportive of my nerdy questions about his Formula 1 bike project. He was very happy that his bikes were still being loved and discussed. Rest in peace Dave

Great thread! Good to see you using the bike as intended and wonderful photography. You mentioned your Gatorblade steerer has writing on it - I’ve seen a few like that. Curious if this was done at Brodie before being sent to bike shops.
