Hi is the chain set a deore 12 speed? 55 mm must be optimised for boost drop out spacings. If you remove a bb spacer you need to check your Q factor is not on the piss as this may cause knee issues.

Calculating the chain line for a 1 x drive train on a bike depends on the rear drop out spacing. If you were using a frame with a 135mm rear drop out spacing the chain set would a chain line of 45mm.
