    Early Rocky Mountain Road frame.

I still don't have it in my possession, but I've been doing a little bit of research on it. I think I'm wrong on the years for this- Based on the Vitus resouce on line, the seat cluster seen on this frame didn't come into play until 1985...

    Early Rocky Mountain Road frame.

I've been wanting to get/build myself a road bike lately, so I've been casually searching the country for something interesting. I've recently culled my collection down, so I didn't want just anything, it had to fit within the idea of the collection. So that narrowed it down to a Rocky...

    Race face turbine granny bolts.

My initial hope was to order a bunch of these spacers and charge $20 per set to you jerks, but I like all you people, you're too nice to profit off of. Those of you who aren't, either look away or donate $35 to your local animal shelter. for search purposes - 8mm Raceface Chainring Bolt...

    Race face turbine granny bolts.

I lost where I purchased my bolts from, but I did some measuring. The bolts I measured from race face are 18mm end to end w/ 15mm of thread. The bolts I purchased were 16mm w/ 13mm of thread and work just fine with plenty of thread engagement. I still can't find 18mm bolts- the closest...

1992 Rocky Mountain Èquipe --- Also known as the difference between Èquipe and Team Comp

That's super cool, a laser black hammer with a 4 digit serial, are the frame details identical to longer serial numbered hammers? my early 92 hammer still has the steerer tube cable stops, I'd assume yours does too? also going to assume it's S/N is smaller than 3713?

1992 Rocky Mountain Èquipe --- Also known as the difference between Èquipe and Team Comp

Yup totally possible, though I don’t know any over seas builders using a 4 digit serial. Would have to be small boutique to go through so few frames numbers I’d imagine. 92 hammer with a 4 digit? That’s interesting, whats the colour way? Typical 92? 92 blizzards were made overseas from...
