I've not got one, well I do but it's destines for my GT lightning. If you wanted to open up possibilities, you could shim a larger clamp one. The version you are after is an m953 by the way. Others were different clamp and parallel linkage and low clamp.

You could just get some fairly standard bolts with the captive plastic cover, they look good once fitted. Fairly sure I have some knocking around. Or you could get some metal screw in covers. I've got a set of these I had for sake but can do cheaper then listed as I was guessing at a price and...

I must admit I've never had it myself. Bought frames with it though. Klein's seem to be especially prone to it. Not sure I've ever seen one without a slice out of the stay. The big ring was always might close to eating it at the best of times.

That is super cheap. I've got one myself and it too is free of chainsuck so perhaps you are right that by 2000 it was history. Mine doesn't have decals, would like some one day.
