Congrats Roy! A stunning bike.

What a battle scarred beauty. That paint scheme is so cool it would be a shame to strip it if a clean/repair and touch up could be done. I'd be tempted to repair the chain stay and wrap in hockey tape then touch up the worse sections and leave some of the patina. Certainly as a first step...

Love this thread. Great restoration. Hopefully you finish it off with the Brodie tt decal as per the original photos. Nice job.

As I had a drive home of 2 hours I had to pass on the Brodie beer at the show. It was nice to get home to the mountains and finally enjoy the brew. Very tasty too.

I just realised I don’t have any of my brodies on the new thread so here we go..first is a line up with 1992 Sovereign, 1990 Climbmax and a 1990 Romax (now departed).

Is this blue Talera any good to you?👆 It is resting at my folks place in the Lake District and I know my Dad would be happy to see the back of it! I appreciate it’s not exactly as in the photo but it’s yours if you want it. Let me know if it works.
