I may well have everything in your list, except possibly the Campag shifters which just might be 9 speed, I'll have to check. Yup, well the UN91 is the XTR model so it doesn't surprise me that it's specific to XTR cranks (although Shimano also apparently designed it to optimally work with Dura Ace cranks, too). Righto, well I'll check what length my BB's axle is, suspect it will be 108mm. But one thing to mention is I have the BB and cranks fitted to a frame and obvs will need to remove them if you decide to buy. But I don't suppose you'd know if a crank puller that removes Octalink splined cranks...
