Thanks! I hoped there was something special hiding under the random parts. The only bit I kept was the seat post. I'm going to try a similar restoration with an 89 Roberts Phantom I found in a similar state. It's been repainted but needs building.

I still thrash my '97 Cannondale F2000 regularly. Light and agile it's a lot of fun and has never let me down. But I am 47 and hardly in the shape of Tinker Juarez in his peak....

Thanks! It had rack mounts when I bought it. Possibly factory, possibly not. It was an option but I’m not sure who’d have bought a yo eddy to use as a tourer. I had them removed by Winston Vaz, frame builder in south London, then repainted.

Thought I'd create a mini build thread, or more before and after, of my 1990 Yo Eddy. I bought it as a working project a couple of years ago. It came from a nice old guy who'd been a keen cyclist but had gradually slowed down then stopped using his bikes. He bought it from the first owner and...

Hoping to get £300 with the original wheels and farmer johns. Ready to ride and all original, low mileage bike. The fluro is nice and bright and not faded.

I’m selling this one if anyone wants to save themselves the restoration agro. I think I have a nice set of farmer johns too. All original and light use:)
