    Fwiw I'm quite fascinated by vintage exotica lightweight parts. The Spanish were doing it a decade before the French. If I get the chance to look it out, I'll post a BCG (of Barcelona) lightweight bike, from c.1970 which just about every part on it is titanium or milled and drilled aluminium...

    For a Delta style brake they are pretty good stoppers. The Campagnolo versions: not so much!
