On the outside you have 2 crank stoppers (short AL pieces) the next is the double row bearings. Then the black center piece. In theory it's all removable. The crank stoppers won't budge. I've regreased the bearings and one is getting crunchy, hence the reason for the attempted rebuild...

Don't poopoo their process line, those bikes rocked. Their carbon processes were pretty darn good from a few years ago. Although the Cascade link is a must to get the bike feeling dialed. Sadly I think the must have been caught be surprise by the higher then AL warranty claims and costs...
