    Probably old grease that's solidified in there A squirt of degreaser down the cable entry port and it should come back to life with a few shifts up and down Then a spray of light lube down the port and all should be good

    Yes, you need both the items you posted links to Campag sell the cups and bearings separate unlike any other bb manufacturers that I know of that use sealed bearings A press fit bb won't work in a threaded shell and vice versa

    The shop I work in built a salsa Fargo with a rohloff and fox forks for guy martin's tour divide this year. It did the job for him and josh kato in previous years The salsa cutthroat would build into a lighter TD bike than a Fargo Gravel bikes are built for this kinda thing Good luck!
