Re: British Eagle Did you ever manage to source any info on this? I'm currently having the same struggle. The one I picked up was pretty beat so the paint and decals were beyond saving and as it was just a frame I have no idea on the original spec.

So I recently picked up a falcon laser Reynolds 453 off fleabay for a nice and cheap £15 with a view to tidying it up to use later this year at l'eroica. Unfortunately the paint was knackered so I've just finished stripping it all off ready for something new. What I want to know is what year...

So I took the plunge and bought it. It's acctually silver, the pictures just looked green! I seem to have most parts but I will need a bottom bracket. Does anyone know anything and could point me in the right direction? Other bits I will need are headset and seatpost pin

It's 453 but it's an olive green.. I don't have any pics or I'd upload them

I've been looking for some wheels to do the l'eroica this year and I've come across a British eagle Strato. After a bit of research I've not found much about them except that they may be from 1987? Do anyone have any info they can share it know roughly what they are worth?
