Thats it for now, the hold up is having wheels build, need the frame refinished and getting some new decals. Big jobs and not something i think i can do myself, at least not up to the standards i’m looking for.

Right, so everybody knows how hard it is to find a clean set of M952 cranks.. i was pretty pleased to find this set However the rings were a bit of a let down

I’m planning to go full XTR M952 for gears, managed to get a nos front mech and some excellent condition shifters and rear mech

So, I’ve been sitting on a full set of Avid Ultimates for 10 years plus and decided to use them for this build. The levers were used on another bike for a few years but still in great condition. Managed to find a set of extra brake pad holders and some ceramic brake pad inserts
