The diameter of this NOS rotor is 163mm so I think the difference must be the bracket.

Finally got around to fitting my Dia Compe 986’s this weekend only to discover the front brake has the same spring on both sides! They were sold as NOS but something’s happened in the intervening years! Anyone got a spare “anti-clockwise” spring? See green circle/right hand side? I’m stuck...

I love your optimism but unfortunately, I think it’s all gone. Some used Easton tubing but most were built using a heavier gauge Al which was less prone to cracking.
