Can anyone identify this Raleigh Road bike? It is a small frame, around 19.5". The wheels are 26 1 3/8ths. It has a cottered crank. 5 Speed. See attached picture. Thanks! the frame number is 1919595 which according to a website indicates early 1970's? Would be grateful for any replies...
