Any idea about 'velo'

I acquired these off an old Dawes bike from the 1960s. I haven't found any information on "velo" hubs. On the rear wheel it has made in Czechoslovakia engraved into it as well. It seems like a flip flop hub?

Yes I think it has Haden lugs. I cleaned up the hubs and I've realised that the hubs both have velo engraved on them. The rear also says made in Czechoslovakia and is a flip flop hub, any ideas about the hubs?

I recently bought this bike off ebay, can anyone help to identify it? It has an Ideale saddle if that's any help and cottered cranks as you can see. Also is it good quality and worth something or not? Any help will be appreciated. :D :D :D
