    Kona frame stamps

    Hi all, can I double check my thinking please? My frame is stamped F805K2167. Am I right that the F8 identifies this as a 1998 frame? The second stamp is 8I-74. what does that indicate? thanks

    Re: thanks RoscoP_co but I'm not convinced for two reasons - firstly the score is a Ti bike and mine is aluminium and secondly the kona stamp on my frame is F8 05K2167 which suggests it is a 1998 bike. Perhaps a Mani-Mula. thanks for helping anyway.
