The size over the lock nuts on the hub. There are two or three standards. These should be either 126 or 130mm. Is it s screw on type freewheel or a cassette?

I need two colours with white bleeding over into yellow. I'm considering powder coat base yellow, then rattle can spray the white over it. Like this does on the top tube and down tube... I'm just not sure this will work - anyone got any advice?? Cheers, D.
