hi folks my work colleague is upgrading his Giant trance x4 2012-13 and has offered it to myself for around £550ish, just wondered if anyone think it might be a bit of overkill for myself as I've only went off road a few times mainly down in Glentress i tend to stick with the cycle paths...

Cheers guys, my mate owns his own bike shop, has offered to replace most parts for around £100, I kinda wanted to do it myself I as I don't want him to feel he has to give me mates rates, I know running a bike shop dosen't have big margins, but I'll make it up to him, thanks for all the offers...
