Hi Barneyballbags I am 189 but with rather long legs (inseam of 89cm) so the 20" Primo fitted me quite well. Its the same "issue" with my old Kula from 2001 (that I am now rebuilding!) and my existing roadbike. I have quite a drop from saddle to handlebar - gotta works the aerodynamics :)
